Open Positions
Instructor Success Manager
Own the relationship between Ace Pickleball School and our instructor network. Help coaches onboard successfully, improve their profiles, and grow their student base. Serve as the primary point of contact for instructor questions and feedback.
Requirements: Experience in account management or customer success; strong communication skills; passion for sports or education. Pickleball experience is a plus.
SEO and Content Writer
Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for our blog, landing pages, and email campaigns. Research and write about pickleball technique, culture, equipment, and the growing sports industry. Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Requirements: 2+ years writing for digital publications; strong SEO fundamentals; genuine interest in sports and fitness content.
Part-Time Social Media Coordinator
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Create short-form video content, engage with our community, and support organic growth initiatives. Work with instructors to capture lesson content.
Requirements: Experience managing social media accounts; video editing skills; strong aesthetic sensibility; pickleball knowledge preferred.
Web Developer (WordPress)
Maintain and improve our WordPress-based platform. Implement new features, optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with the design team on UX improvements. Work is primarily remote with flexible hours.
Requirements: Strong WordPress development skills including custom theme and plugin development; PHP, JavaScript, and CSS proficiency; experience with ACF and WooCommerce preferred.
Regional Outreach Coordinator
Build relationships with local pickleball clubs, courts, recreation centers, and community organizations in your region. Identify instructor recruitment opportunities, organize local events, and represent Ace Pickleball School at community gatherings.
Requirements: Strong networking and communication skills; established presence in local pickleball community; self-directed and comfortable working independently.
